You can learn by listening! To do this, click on the little ear to listen. You can also learn by reading and repeating out loud what I say in the Classroom of each Mission!
The best way to learn things that you can apply in your daily life is to try to play Virta 7 every 7 days of the week!
And of course, always click on the photo icon and read the captions! They are very inspiring and help you understand!
You can relax here in Virta 7, when you start the game, by clicking on "RELAX" and then choosing one of the activities to do!
In the RELAX area, you can then choose: NATURE; BODY; ART: HAPPY PEOPLE OR ATTENTION
Look at the PHOTOGRAPHS carefully and read the captions! In the "BODY" activity you can try it! Ask for help if you want!
It's quite simple! A Mission is after all a set of questions, answers and photos that here, at Virta 7, are prepared for you to learn
You have many Missions to choose from many kind of things that you will love, in the Mission groups called : ME, COMMUNICATE, AT HOME and OUTSIDE HOME!
In each Mission you earn stars and you can see how many you have in the "My Stars" Button.
Afterwards, you can receive a reward according to the number of stars you have and according to what you agree with your Game Tutor!
The more Missions you complete, the more stars you can earn! Have fun and learn!

You receive stars when you reach the end of all 3 levels of a Mission!
When you reach a certain number of stars, you can receive a REWARD! Talk to your Game Tutor!
You can see how many stars you have if you click on: "My Stars!
There are Missions that are worth more stars than others, but you should try to do them all!
You can see what Missions Virta 7 has for you by clicking on PLAY and then on AUTOMATIC or MANUAL!
If you click MANUAL, you can choose at the bottom of the screen one of these Mission groups: ME, AT HOME, OUTSIDE HOME or COMMUNICATE
Then choose one of the Missions that appear on the right side of the screen. You can scroll down and choose even more Missions.
If you click on AUTOMATIC, a different Mission will appear each time you click on the green round arrow!
The GAME TUTOR is very important, so you can learn more with Virta 7 and to help you when you need help in your day to day life.
When you register at Virta Seven and download the app, there is a space for your Game Tutor, to register as well.
You can invite a family member, teacher, therapist or your regular doctor to be your Game Tutor.
Your GAME TUTOR should also help you with the initial setup of Virta 7
I suggest you play seven times a week! That's why this game is called VIRTA 7! You can replay a Mission or finish it if you left it unfinished!
You can try a new Mission or go to the RELAX area! Give it a try and don't forget to check out the amazing photos! Let's do it!
You can also play every other day! Remember that the more often you play, the more you will learn and the better you will feel in your daily life!
By clicking on the little yellow question mark, Virta 7 will automatically show you what each button on your home screen is for!
To advance, click inside the image inside the pulsating blue ball
To move forward and play without seeing all the blue balls, click SKIP in the bottom right corner of your screen.
The "MY STARS button" lets you know how many stars you have earned in all the MISSIONS you have completed!
The number of stars you have will always increase every time you complete a Mission!
The more Missions you complete, the more stars you earn, the more you learn and the more rewards you can achieve!
Talk to your Game Tutor about Virta 7 Rewards!
The SOS HELP button is very important to help you immediately. In case of emergency, click on the SOS button and then click on URGENCY
Use this option when you are lost, or feel bad, or insecure or for some reason you need urgent help.
When you click URGENCY, your Game Tutor will receive a notification indicating your location and will come to help you. Please wait calmly for help.
When you click on the SOS button, in addition to the help I mentioned above, you also have two other types of help: VIRTA HELP and RELAX.
In VIRTA HELP, you can write whatever you want and Virta 7 will show you the Missions related to what you wrote and where you can find the answer or help you need.
If you click RELAX, you can choose one of the RELAX activity groups to do and then... relax!
The NOTIFY button allows you to send an alert to your Game Tutor whenever you think you are going to do something that you consider dangerous or that you have agreed with him/her.
When you click on the NOTIFY button, you can search for the WARNING you want to find in the search engine.
You will find the WARNINGS that were saved in the initial configuration, by your Game Tutor and also the WARNINGS that Virta 7 brings by default
More WARNINGS can be added at any time by your Game Tutor, in the Game Tutor menu.
THE CLASSROOM is the final part of a Mission. You must repeat out loud, after listening to what is written on the classroom board!
Virta 7's CLASSROOM is there to help you learn and remember the most important things about the Mission.
You must ALWAYS click on each classroom hint to be able to advance in the Mission!
In an emergency situation where you really need help, click on the SOS HELP button and then where it says URGENCY
In a less urgent situation where you are going to do something where you need to notify your Game Tutor, click the NOTIFY button and choose the notification
If you need to know something or you don't remember how to do or say, you can always click on the SEARCH button, write the subject and see in the respective Mission
If you want to know the name of something, where it is, or what it is for, you can click on the MAGIC PHOTO button!
To make sure your Game Tutor knows where you are when you need help, ALWAYS keep your LOCATION ACTIVE on your phone.
You can also show your Virta card to someone else.
